Sales report messages contains information on the products being sold. Only sold products are reported, so if a product has not been sold in any logistical way, it will not be reported. RetailVista can deliver Sales Reports as Edifact message (based on the Edifact standards) but also as proprietary NedFox XML formatted message. The advantage of the last message is that there is also a field available which indicates the Stock after sale. So in opposite of the standard Edifact SlsRpt (where stock is not part of) there is no need to receive an extra InvRpt as well for stock information.

Sales Report messags can only be sent by Smtp (public Email) currently. So transport by X400 is not possible! We are working on another option to send this kind of message by FTP also.
